Rod G. Gullberg is the retired supervisor of the breath alcohol test program within the Washington State Patrol. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University, a Master’s degree in public administration from Eastern Washington University and a Master’s degree in biostatistics from the University of Washington.
Mr. Gullberg is currently an adjunct instructor of statistics at Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington and has a statistical consulting business. He has been a member of the Center for Studies of Law in Action faculty since 1989. His lectures on elementary statistics contribute significantly to the course as he seeks to make the material practical and relevant.
Mr. Gullberg is a member of the Northwest Association of Forensic Scientists, a provisional member of the American Academy of Forensic Science’s toxicology section, a member of the American Statistical Association and is accredited as a Professional Statistician (PStat) through the American Statistical Association.
